Strain the loose leaf tea through a fine sieve or remove the tea bags. Sweet teaCombine 3/4 cup of sugar and water in a saucepan, adding 1 infuser of tea if desired. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let cool. Strain the infused syrup through a fine sieve (you'll get about 1 cup).
