Preparation:

Combine 60 ml of strong rum and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice, then add 30 ml of orange juice and coconut cream; shake well. Strain into a short glass filled with ice. Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg. Garnish with pineapple and orange slices.
