Ingredients:

- 6 plums, halved and pitted
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of finely grated orange zest
- Spicy yogurt sauce with walnuts, recipe below
Spicy yogurt sauce with walnuts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
Preparation:
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the plums with oil, drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and orange zest. Place the plums, cut-side down, on the grill and grill for 2 minutes, or until golden brown and lightly caramelized. Flip and grill until heated through, about 1 minute more. Place 3 plum halves on each of four plates and top with a few tablespoons of the spiced nutty yogurt sauce.
Spicy yogurt sauce with walnuts: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate if not using immediately.
